Problem Solution
SD “card not ready”
message is displayed. Verify an SD card is installed
properly. (ISDL only)
No sensor readings.
Check sensor setup on the
Data Logger, and verify sensor
and wire path connections
are correct. Replace sensor if
required.
“no sensor installed”
message is displayed.
“no sensor found” message
is displayed.
LCD displays Sensor Error

Problem Solution
No display on LCD. Press backlight button. If display
doesn’t light up, check batteries.
Unresponsive
programming button. Turn power OFF then back ON.
Sensor cannot be
addressed. Using the QUERY function, see
if the address already exists. If
not, perform RESET and add
new address. If unsuccessful,
replace sensor.
Date and time revert to
default values. Manually change date and time
using Confi gure menu or wait
for next network sync.
Low RSSI values displayed.
Run diagnostic tests. Verify unit
is in range of wireless network.
No RSSI value is displayed.
