5.4 replacing the grinding wheel
TO CArrY OUT ThIS OPErATION, WEAr ThE PrOTECTIVE GLOVES AND ACCIDENT-PrEVENTION

Remove the plastic spray guard (

). Open the tank door (

). Insert the B8 hexagon wrench stem (

) in the relevant seat,
manually turning the grinding wheel to help the clutch.

Using a size 30 wrench (
C), undo the grinding wheel fixing nut (D
) by turning it clockwise. Fit the new grinding wheel and
lock it in place by turning the nut (
D
) counter-clockwise. Remove the B8 hexagon wrench (
E
). Try turning the cutter by hand
to make sure it has been correctly fitted. Refit the spray guard (A
).
