Caller ID Operation
you must be in an area where those
services are available and you must
subscribe to those services through
your local phone company.
Where Caller ID is offered, one or
more options are generally available:
• caller’s number only
• caller’s name only
• caller’s name and number
REVIEWING CALLER ID
RECORDS
Each handset shows

when there are new CID records
in the Caller ID memory that you have
not reviewed.
To review the Caller ID records, lift
the handset and press
CALL ID ( )
.
The display shows the numbers of the
new and all records. Repeatedly
press
to scroll through the Caller
ID records from the newest to the
oldest, or
to scroll back through
the records.
The top line of each record shows the
date, time and the number of calls
from that number received if you have
not yet reviewed the record. The
second line shows the caller’s name
(if available), and the third line shows
the caller’s phone number.
To exit Caller ID review, press
END
.
Notes:
• The Caller ID data is stored in
the base unit, so any handset
can access the data. However,
only one handset can access at a
time. If someone is retrieving the
Caller ID database,
