Operation
Entering a Pause
In some telephone systems, you must
dial an access code (9, for example)
and wait for a second dial tone before
you can dial an outside number. You
can store the access code with the
phone number. However, you should
also store a pause after the access
code to allow the outside line time to
connect.
To enter a 2-second pause, press
REDIAL/PAUSE
. You can add more
pause entries for a longer pause.
Editing a Number in Memory
1. Lift the handset and press
MEMORY
.
2. Press

to choose a
memory location.

Reviewing Memory Numbers
To review your memory numbers,

MEMORY
. The list of memory
location numbers appears. Press

to display the location you
want. Press
HOLD/FORMAT
to view
the number (up to 13 digits). Press
HOLD/FORMAT
again to return to the
name display.
To see a stored name and entire
phone number, press
MENU/ENTER
when the cursor is by a memory
location number. To exit this display
without storing any changes, press
END
.
Dialing a Memory Number
To dial a number stored in memory,
lift the handset and press
MEMORY
.
