ARMRESTS
Fitting of Radcliffe Standard Armrests
Your Wheelchair Service is responsible for ensuring
the armrests are set at the correct height. They
should have fitted the locking collars and adjusted
to the correct height. If the armrests are not fitted,
fit by placing each stem into the armrest socket on
each seat rail, then ensure the tri-wheel knob is locked
securely onto the armrest stem.
•
The excess pylon length should have been trimmed off once the correct
height has been achieved - showing no more than 1" (25mm) below the arm-
rest socket. If the length has not been trimmed contact your Wheelchair Ser-
vice.
•
Plastic caps have been provided. These should have been inserted into the
end of the square metal tube, once the correct length has been achieved.
12 TO FIT THE TRAY :
•
Fit the armrests to the wheelbase in the normal way.
•
Undo the tray support knobs and slide the tray support into the front of the support
brackets.
