The Standard Waveform Commands control the various parameters of the
standard output functions. Optional modes are omitted from these commands.
Factory defaults after *RST are shown in bold typeface. Parameter low and
high limits are given where applicable. The Standard Waveforms parameters
could be used for the APPLy command.
