Understanding The 1269 6-9

EMS Fan Speed
Selection

Switch S3, mounted on the EMS module rear panel, allows
the user to select between

maximum

fan speed or

variable

fan speed.

When in

variable

mode the fan speed range (HI or LO) is

determined by a jumper position at J14. When the jumper is
positioned between J14 pins 2 and 3 the HI range is selected.
When the jumper is positioned between J14 pins 1 and 2 the
LO range is selected.
