6.3 Saving document

To save the changes made to a document through the windows described below,

you should use the drop-down menu “

FILE►SAVE

” / “

FILE►SALVA

”, or the

“

CTRL+S

” combination, or the button on toolbar.

6.4 PC ◄► RDS Data Transfer

The “LINK” window, where the user must specify which PORT is connected to the

equipment, is shown in case that any document is opened. It is not necessary to

configure the communication if you only work on documents. The window only

proposes the serial actually present on the PC and the UDP NODE in case you have

been set through the “

Communication►Set RS232

” / “

Comunicazione►Set

RS232

” window.

A user, who knows the owner set speed on equipment, can sets the appropriate

field, otherwise is better if you leave “Auto” and the program will try to find all speeds

to interview properly. When you set 115K2-USB protocol, used by the program, it

is ASCII rather than binary.
