5.2.2 OPERATOR SIDE COVER
The operator side cover is in two parts:
▪ Front (opening cover) for operator access
▪ Rear (fixed cover).
1. Lower the Front (opening cover).
2. Raise the Insert Head perspex top cover and remove the three screws on the
inside of the chassis (operator side) as shown in Figure 5.5.

NOTE:
The rear (fixed cover) may become loose at this point.
3. Remove the screw from the Internal cover shown in Figure 5.6 to allow the
rear (fixed cover) to be removed.

4. Drop the rear (fixed cover) downwards slightly to free the hooks on the lower
edge, and then lift the cover off the machine.
NOTE:
It is not necessary to remove the front (opening cover).
