Fuel Tank Filter

To clean, remove fuel cap and filter

Clean filter in a bucket of hot water with dish detergent

Dry the filter the filter with a clean rag

Remove any debris that has collected on the generator and around the muffler and control panel. Use a brush or vacuum
to remove loose dirt.
Inspect air cooling slots; remove any debris if obstructed.
For short-term storage, start the generator once every 7 days.
For intermediate term storage from 3-6 months, add fuel stabilizer to prevent stale fuel from causing acid and gum
deposits in the fuel system and carburetor.
For long-term storage, drain the fuel (charge the battery per 6 month s ) .
Store a sheltered location such as a garage or outdoor storage shed where temperatures do not fall below freezing.
The generator must be Shipped, Operated and Stored in the upright position
.
Storage and Transportation of the Generator:
When transporting the generator, turn battery OFF . Keep the generator on level ground to prevent fuel spillage. Fuel vapor or
spilled fuel may explode or ignite.
