Center Section

Build the Center Section

A:

Glue in to place top center section stringers (1/8” square basswood) using clamps

B:

Using a sanding block sand the stringer and formers flush

C:

Sand nose doubler flush with outer and inner formers

D:

Install your dowels we recommend flush with the inside of the radio box and 1/2” past the outside former (sorry no

pictures

)

E:

Seal the center section.. BE SURE to get all surfaces. We recommend putting masking tape on the outside of the

outer former to prevent resin from going trough

F:

We recommend putting foam in the center section for flotation
