Using scrape paper form a small funnel as shown

Mix some epoxy or fiberglass with a filler (Micro balloons or silica) to a thick paste

Fill the cone as shown

Fold the end over, and continue to fold until the paste begins to flow, put a small bead in the corner, on both sides
of the center stringer and the inside of the outer stringer
E:
Using a disposable brush Gently apply liquid resin, just enough to wet the cloth but not push the thicken resin
