Build the Sponsons Con’t

A:

trim and sand BE SURE to keep this edge sharp.

Builders Note:

The next step is very critical, for the best performance, its very important the sponson remain straight. This step should
be done carefully because it is very easy to build in twist during this process.
We have developed two method to install the pads to insure the sponson remain flat.
The first one is the elevate the sponsons method

A:

Place two of the 1/8” square sticks on your building board

B:

Clamp the sponson on the spacer. This will allow the overhang on the inside edge to not interfere when gluing
