Loosely attach the
strap clamps
(G) using the
carriage bolts
(F),
lock washers
(I) and
nuts
(H). Making sure that the square neck
of the bolt matches with the square hole in the castings.

Repeat steps one through three for the other three
jack tube
for handrail
(B).
STEP 4

Insert the
jack tube for handrail
(B) into the
strap clamps
(G).
Make sure the slot in the end of the jack tube for handrail straddles
the lower flange on the bottom of the casting. Tighten the nut onto
the carriage bolt. Repeat for three other corners.
Loosely insert the
hex bolt (3/8 -16 x 1”)
(O) into the nut welded
on the
jack tube for handrail
(B).
