Warranty
The general terms and conditions of proxomed for warranty for defects shall apply, unless otherwise
agreed.
Our general terms and conditions of sale and payment (AGB) in their current version can be viewed on

This is extended in accordance with our warranty conditions, which can also be viewed in their current

The warranty/guarantee is void if modifications are made to the device without expressly instructions or
if these are carried out by unauthorised specialist personnel.
As soon as a warranty/guarantee case occurs, please notify the proxomed service hotline immediately

proxomed will immediately arrange for service, but reserves the right to determine the type of service.
The following procedures are conceivable.
a) The service is carried out on site by our service personnel.
b) We send the requested spare part.
c) We will send a replacement unit.
The defective parts will be returned to us by the customer within 48 hours. Otherwise the delivered spare
parts will be charged.
If the causes lie outside the warranty/guarantee area, proxomed reserves the right to charge all repair
costs.
Hint!
Wear parts (e.g. belts) and consequential damage caused by wear parts are not covered by the warranty.
Resulting interventions by our service department are also subject to a charge for the customer during
the warranty period. The customer is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the device through
the early replacement of wear parts if the intervals for safety checks specified by proxomed are not
adhered to or if no maintenance contract has been concluded with proxomed.
