MTT Flat Bench is designed for muscular stabilization of extensor muscles of extremities.
Application
The positioning during training on the training benches depends on the exercise to be completed.
However, this takes place exclusively in a lying or sitting position. Training with free weights may only
take place after sufficient instruction by a trainer. The correct instruction is to be arranged by the
operator and is his responsibility. Standing on the benches must be avoided. In a prone starting position,
the patient lies prone on the flat bench, arms and legs hanging at the sides of the bench, hands and feet
touching the floor.
