As the name itself implies, in “No Zoning” configuration each Hard Disk Drive can be accessed from any uplink 

connector. There is no restriction or access control from the Expander. As depicted in diagram below:

VTrak J5800 Zoning Configuration 0

The VTrak J5800 uses two controllers. There are four SFF-8644 uplinks per controller for a total of eight uplinks.

Up to 24 hard disk drives populate the enclosure. The drive identification number is depicted in the illustration 

below:
