Example 3
This example is appropriate for experiments where the laser is particularly jittery, and
thus not able to regulate the overall timing. Here the controller is the master, directly
controlling the laser and indirectly the pulser.

The controller is in the Freerun mode, and SHUTTER MONITOR from the rear panel of
the controller is connected to the experiment. SHUTTER MONITOR goes TTL high at
the beginning of each exposure cycle. The CCD readout will occur after exposure is
over. Since the controller is the master, the laser is inactive and the pulser will not trigger
during CCD readout.
