Final Hardware Installation Check

If you have gone through all steps, please check whether your installation had been
successful. You will recognize it through the following points:



Temperature Sensor at bucket elevator

’s head

is mechanically installed.

The cable connector is plugged into the sensor and tightened.
Cable is pulled and connected to the IoT box.



Temperature Sensor at bucket elevator

’s boot

is mechanically installed.

The cable connector is plugged into the sensor and tightened.
Cable is pulled and connected to the IoT box.



Elongation sensor is installed at tension station.
Magnet and rail are adjusted.
The cable connector is plugged into the sensor and tightened.
Cable is pulled and connected to the IoT box.



All required signals are connected from process control system to the IoT box.



All signals are connected according the wiring diagram.



Power supply (230 or 110 VAC) are connected to IoT box



Antenna is mounted, cable pulled and connected to the router -A800
