3.11. Optical Clock Arm measurement
To start optical pointer measurement, first go to the
settings and set the clock arm measurement in the
beat number setting.
The pointer measurement measures the time periods
in which the minute hand traverses the light barrier
during the hourly cycle. The time of each measured
period is listed on the screen. From the sum of the results, the average gear is calculated
and displayed.
In this way a measurement of up to 8 hours is possible
