Basic Operation and Programming 

The PD6210 is factory calibrated prior to shipment to read in 

milliamps and volts depending on the input selection. The 

calibration equipment is certified to NIST standards. 

Overview 

Most setup and programming is done through the front panel buttons.  

Jumper J4 located inside the controller, behind the input signal connector, is used to select the excitation 

voltage (24 V [

Default Setting

], 10 V or 5 V) which is supplied to the P+ and P- wiring terminals. 

After power and input signal connections have been completed and verified, apply power to the controller.

Programming 

  Press the Menu button to enter or exit the Programming Mode at any time. 

  Press the Right arrow button to move to the next digit during digit 

 or decimal point programming. 

  Press or hold the Up arrow button to scroll through the menus,  

decimal point or press or hold to increment the value of a digit. 

  Press the Enter button to access a menu or to accept a setting. 

  Press and hold the Menu button for three seconds to access the advanced features of the controller.
