Moving the operating pressure regulator a quarter turn
changes the operating pressure by approximately 0.5 bar.
In this process check the manometer for the operating pressure
Press the regulator for operating pressure on the handle.
Check the setting with a single shot on the trial piece of wood.
Repeat these steps until you have set the desired operating
pressure.
Adjusting depth-of-drive on the safety device
You can also adjust depth-of-drive of the nail into the wood by
adjusting the safety device:
To reduce the depth-of-drive turn the adjustment wheel of the
safety device counter-clockwise.
To increase depth-of-drive, turn the adjustment wheel of the
safety device clockwise.
Press the nose of the tool against a trial piece of wood that has
the same characteristics as the wood that you want to process.
Check the setting with a single shot on the trial piece of wood
(see page 36).
Repeat these steps until you have set the desired depth-of-drive.
