1 7. The narrow pin point stream is very power f ul. It is not
recommended f or use on painted sur f aces, wood sur-
f aces or items attached with an adhesive backing.
18 . Keep operating area clear o f all persons and ani-
mals.
19 . Always use both hands when operating pressure
washer to maintain complete control o f the wand.
20 . D o not touch nozzle or water spray while operating.
21 . Wear sa f ety goggles while operating.
22 . D isconnect power plug f rom the outlet when not in use
and prior to the detaching o f the high pressure hose.
23 . Never tie knots or kink the high pressure hose as da-
mage could result.
2 4. D o not operate or store this product in temperatures
below 90 °F. Freeze damage is not covered by
the warranty.
25 . Care f ully observe all chemical instructions and war-
nings be f ore using.
26 . The pressure washer should not be used in areas where
gas vapors may be present. An electric spark could
cause an explosion or f ire.
2 7. To minimize the amount o f water getting into the pressure
washer, the unit should be placed as f ar as possible
f rom the cleaning site during operation.
28 . To prevent accidental discharge, the spray- gun should
be secured by locking the trigger when not in use.
29 . To allow f ree air circulation, the pressure washer should

GROUND FAULT CIRCUIT INTERRUPTER PRO-
TECTION
This pressure washer is provided with a Ground-Fault
Circuit-Interrupter (GFCI) built into the plug o f the power
supply cord. This device provides additional protection
f rom the risk o f electric shock. Should replacement o f
the plug or cord become necessary, use only identical
replacement parts that include GFCI protection.
SERVICING A DOUBLE-INSULATED APPLIANCE
In a double-insulated product, two systems o f
insulation are provided instead o f grounding.
No grounding means is provided on a dou-
ble-insulated product, nor should a means f or
grounding be added to the product.
Servicing a double-insulated product requires extreme
care and knowledge o f the system, and should be done
only by quali f ied service personnel. Replacement parts
f or a double-insulated product must be identical to the
parts they replace.
A double-insulated product is marked with the words
“ DO U B LE-INSULATI O N” or “ DO U B LE-INSULATE D ”. The
symbol above may also be marked on the product.

INTERRUPTOR DE CIRCUITO CON TOMA DE
TIERRA
La m á quina de lavar a presi ó n est á dotada de un inter-
ruptor de circuito con toma de tierra (GFCI) montado en el
enchu f e del cable de alimentaci ó n eléctrica. D icho dispo-
sitivo suministra una protecci ó n adicional contra el riesgo
de descargas. Si f uere necesario substituir el enchu f e o el
cable, utilicen exclusivamente repuestos similares provistos
de protecci ó n GFCI.
MANUTENCIÓN DE UN EQUIPO CON DOBLE
AISLAMIENTO
Un equipo con doble aislamiento est á
dotado de dos sistemas de aislamiento en
lugar de la puesta a tierra. No es montada
ninguna puesta a tierra sobre un artículo de
doble aislamiento, ni puede ser añadida a
la hidrolimpiadora. La manutenci ó n de este tipo de in-
stalaci ó n requiere sumo cuidado, un buen conocimiento
del sistema y debe ser e f ectuada solamente por personal
cuali f icado. Las piezas de repuesto de una instalaci ó n
de doble aislamiento deben ser idénticas a las piezas
que hay que cambiar. Estos equipos est á n identi f icados
por las palabras “ DOB LE AISLAMIENT O ” ( DO U B LE-IN-
SULATI O N o DO U B LE-INSULATE D ). El equipo puede
estar identi f icado también con el símbolo.
