Powerwasher requires a
15
amp minimum rated circuit to
f
unction properly. It is important that your
unit does
not
share a circuit with any other electrical device. I
f
the circuit is shared, the additional device will
create an amperage drain that ultimately causes the to draw more amperage in order to run
f
ull
f
orce. Eventually
the machine will overheat and shut itsel
f
down.
The Powerwasher shuts down as part o
f
the designed sa
f
ety
f
eature to protect against overheating. The same
e
ff
ect occurs when two or more outlets are connected to the same circuit. The diagram below shows outlet

and
outlet

on the same circuit.
In regards to overheating and restarting, the unit requires a minimum o
f
a 4
5
minute period in which the machine
can properly cool.
