The battery switches off during operation, the voltage is 0V.
There is an error, the BMS has disconnected the battery due to one of the in 2.3

My new battery is already showing cycles in the APP.
It is normal that up to 3 cycles are already displayed as the battery before sale
controlled by the manufacturer and reseller.
