Unit does not
reach required
pressure.
1. Restricted or
insufficient water
supply or pump
sucking air.
2. Nozzle in low
pressure mold or
excessive wear.
3. Low unloader /
regulator pressure.
4. Water leak in high
pressure fittings,
hose or gun.
5. Water temperature is
too high.
6. Pump has operated
more than 3 minutes
without pulling
trigger.
7. Thermal relief valve
stuck open.
1. Check supply hose, faucet and inlet
water filter. Must be connected to
water source which provides 3.2 GPM
@ 30 to 60 PSI.
Check chemical/soap
injection system.
2. Insert proper stainless steel high
pressure nozzle.
3. Adjust unloader/regulator to desired
setting.
4. Use Teflon tape or pipe sealant to tighten
hose fitting, replace hose or gun.
5. Use cool water only, maximum 140 °F.
6. Pull trigger at least 30 seconds every 3
minutes.
7. Return unit to your pressure washer
dealer.
