The table identifies the colour, arc and an example. The example is only a
suggestion as some items are made of multiple materials and not all materials will
withstand the force of the pressurized spray. Choose the nozzle with the largest
spray arc, if you are unsure how much pressure to apply to an item without
damaging it. Switch to a nozzle with a narrower degree angle until you find the one
that achieves the results you want.
SPRAYING
1. Ensure there are no bystanders, animals or plants that could be injured or
damaged by the direct or deflected spray. Also check that there are no objects
that may be damaged.
2. Follow the instructions to start the engine.
3. Free the trigger lock and press into place on the trigger.
4. Release pressure from the pressure washer’s system.
5. Use low pressure to wash items such as a car or boat. Use higher pressure to
strip paint and degrease driveways.
a. Increase the spray pressure by turning the pressure control knob
clockwise (+). Decrease spray pressure by turning the pressure control
knob counterclockwise (-).
6. Stand far back from the item that you wish to spray. This will reduce the force
of the water at the point of contact.
a. Spray a small area and then check the surface for damage. If no damage
is found continue spraying.
b. Slowly move forward while spraying. Stop when you have the desired
result or if the spray is damaging the item.
