Stripping plates
Adjusting stripper carrier is carried out by unscrewing both nuts
(11) left and right.
Check beforehand that individual stripping plates (10) are
equidistant to the roller.
Adjusting the Stripping plates
- Turn roller, thereby checking the stripper plate (10) gap.
- Loosen hexagonal screw (SK) and correctly set stripper plate.
- Turn roller once again and check.

Side shields
Side shields (20) can be
screwed on at various
points.
The position should suit the
working depth.
Rear deflector (Optional
equipment)
Rear deflector (1) height
is adjustable and therefore
adapts to the respective
working depth.
With damp and sticky
ground the rear deflector
should be set at the highest
position or removed.
Safety points
• Only operate the machine
under the following
conditions:
1. when the both protection
tubes (0a) are installed.
2. when the rear rail (1) or a trailing implement (cage drum roller,
Packer roller) is attached.
. when both side shields (20) are swivelled down and the appropriate
working depth is set.
• Stay clear while engine
is running.
Keep people out of the
danger area where the risk
of injury from ejected foreign
bodies exists.
Take particular care on stoney fields, and near streets and
roads.
• Turn p.t.o. off when raising the machine.
