5) When the relay’s current or voltage can’t be added:
a. Neither current nor voltage have output, please check:
Check if the PC can be connected normally, if the run indicator lights and if the
Link indicator lights.
Check if the message configuration is right.
Check if the output message and fiber optic port configuration are correct.
Check if the Tx (Send) and Rx (Receive) connect oppositely to cause Link not
light.
b. The current output is normal, no voltage output or output abnormal; Voltage output
normal, but current output is abnormal, please check:
Check if the output value is configured.
Check if the actual voltage channel is configure as 0 or configured wrongly.
6) The current and voltage outputs are not accurate.
Check if the SCP, SCM and SMV in IEC61850-9-1/60044-8 are the same with
the relays’.
Check if the CT/PT ratio, voltage/current factor in IEC61850-9-2 is the same
with the relays’.
Check if the channel configuration is the same with the voltage/current
sequence at site.
7) Can’t subscribe the GOOSE message.
Check if the subscription information (MAC address and APPID, etc) is
configured correctly.
Check if the fiber optic port TX and RX are right.
Check if the IED send the relevant GOOSE information.
