Non-quality bit:
it doesn’t include 4 bits of quality.
High/Low:
also known as “quality factor”. Press the relevant low quality; it will pop up the
windows
. Press it to enter into the edition quality interface showing in figure
4.2.4. After setting it, it will automatically set the relevant quality factors, fill in the low
position of the channel and support to input values in the low position. The default value of
quality factor is 0000 0000.
