5. Hand-tighten the four Torx® screws of the reference filter again before
you start operating the interferometer.
INFORMATION
Hand-tighten means: Tighten the screw firmly so that it can not undo itself. Do
not use any excess force and avoid damaging the thread.
INFORMATION
If you have exchanged the reference filter, measurement inaccuracy may
