3.1.3 System Errors
System Error Messages:
SP XX > 22 mA
Current signal at analog Input XX > 22 mA.
Cause: Short-circuit at analog Input or Transmitter not calibrated, Transmitter defective.
Solution: Check cable to Transmitter, Perform Calibration, Change the Transmitter.
SP XX < 3 mA
Current signal to analog Input XX < 3 mA.
Cause: Open circuit at analog Input or Transmitter not calibrated, Transmitter defective.
Solution: Check cable to Transmitter, Perform Calibration, Change the Transmitter.
GC Error:
Internal Communication Error I/O Board to LCD Board.
Cause: Internal Error.
Solution: Change the Controller.
EP 0X Com Error:
Communication error to expansion module (EP 0X).
(Only active, if EP module announced).
Cause: EP module address not correct. (See Start up Operation 5.0)
Bus cable to EP 0X module disconnected.
No power supply at the EP 0X module.
EP module defective.
Solution: Check the EP module address.
Check the bus cable and the power supply.
Change the EP 0X module.
Maintenance:
System maintenance is necessary.
Cause: Maintenance date exceeded.
Solution: Perform maintenance.
3.2 Stage Status
Displays the actual stages exceeded in the sequence that they happen. The sensor point displays with the stages
that have been exceeded. Changes can not be made in this menu.
