• How to fix a leakage of axial screws :
- Unscrew 2 screws STHC TR M5-5 (mark 44)
- Unscrew gasket-carrying ring (

- Pull out the gasket- carrying ring (
36) from the inlet coupling male threaded 4’’ BSP (

- Change and lubricate (Loctite 8106) the ball valve inlet gasket Ø75 (

- Pull out the 2 axial screws (

• How to fix a leakage of the ball :
- Unscrew the 14 screws CHC M6-20 (rep.5)
- Pull out the screwtop (mark 4)
- Change the gasket R58 (mark 6)
- Change the gasket Ø142.47 x Ø3.53 (mark 7) of the screwtop (mark 4)
- Pull out the first ball bearing (mark 8)
- Dismantle the stream shaper (mark 9) and the ball (mark 3)
- Pull out the second ball bearing (mark 8)
- Change the gasket Ø142.47 x Ø3.53 (

- Assemble all the components: the gaskets (mark 6-7), the ball (rep.3), don’t forget to lubricate them
while assembling (Loctite 8106)

Caution. When assembling the shutoff axis and screws, make sure that the gaskets
mark 12 and 16 are not damaged and there is no debris stuck between pieces
