For R35 Version use HS-1001-R35

TALK TUBE:

Shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge

steel tubing with a welded 14 gauge thick steel

screen and 1/4" thick steel tabs. The Talk Tube

shall have a multi-stage baked-on powder coat

finish.

STEEL TALK TUBE:

Shall be fabricated using 1.900" O.D. 11 gauge

steel tubing and 5" O.D. 11 gauge steel tubing with

a welded 14 gauge thick steel screen, 3/16" thick

steel reducer/flanges, 5/8" round bar steel, and 1/4"

thick steel tabs. The Steel Talk Tube shall have a

multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish.

TALK TUBE CONE:

Shall be constructed of UV-stabilized, rotationally

molded, linear, low density polyethylene with an

average wall thickness of .250".

SOCKET CLAMPS:

Shall be two-part and precision die-cast from a high

strength aluminum alloy. The Socket Clamps have a

multi-stage baked-on powder coat finish.

MOUNTING INSERTS:

Shall be precision die-cast from a high-strength

aluminum alloy.

HARDWARE:

Shall be stainless steel, zinc/nickel plated or

galvanized as required to resist rust and corrosion.
