Troubleshooting Tips for Windows 2000

Read this section for troubleshooting tips.

To uninstall the sister device for a dual-headed
DOME display board

Use the DOME tab to begin uninstalling the sister device.
If you click Uninstall DOME Device to uninstall the initial
display, this dialog box appears:

To uninstall a single-headed DOME display board

Use the Windows Control Panel’s Administrative Tools to
uninstall a single-headed DOME display board. If you try
to uninstall a single-headed board by clicking Uninstall
DOME Device

on the DOME tab, this dialog box appears:

This message also appears if you try to uninstall the initial
display of a dual-headed device through the DOME tab
after you have uninstalled its sister device.
