Machine Settings
Checking the Batch Count
1. Press
Funds.
2. Use the Review keys to scroll until you see a screen similar to
below. The number of pieces are shown on the top line and the
accumulated postage is on the bottom line.
Checking, Printing, and Clearing the Batch Count
You can view the accumulated postage value and the number of pieces
in a batch of mail. You can print these for your records. There is also an
option to clear (reset) the batch count to zero.

3. Press
Clear/Back to return to the main screen.
Viewing the Preset
1. Press
Menu
.
2. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Change setup?" and press Enter/
yes.
3. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Use preset setup?" and press
Enter/yes.
4. At "View stored preset?" prompt, press Enter/yes.
5 Scroll through the preset values of class, ad, inscription, date etc.
6. When finished, press
Clear/Back
twice to return to main screen.
Recalling the Preset
You can call up the preset values at any time to use on your mail with
this simple procedure.
1. Press
Menu
.
2. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Recall Preset?" and press Enter/
yes. You return to the main screen with the preset values displayed.
