Turning the Preset Feature On or Off
1. Press
Menu
.
2. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Change setup?" and press Enter/
yes.
2. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Use preset setup?" and press
Enter/yes.
Turning ON Preset - Press Enter/yes at "Turn preset ON?" prompt.
A message confirms your choice. You may view the preset values
if you wish. When finished, press
Clear/Back
twice and follow
prompts to return to main screen.
Turning OFF Preset - Use the Review keys to scroll to "Turn preset
Off?" and press Enter/yes. A message confirms your choice. Press
No
to return to main screen.
3. If you have turned on the preset feature, the main screen reflects
the preset settings. If you have turned off the preset feature, the
normal main screen displays.
Storing a New Preset
1. Establish the proper settings on your
mailstation™
meter that you
want the preset to contain. Depending on the current settings on
your machine and the options you have purchased, you may be able
to store postage, class, destination (ZIP or Zone code), weight, date,
envelope ad, and inscription. NOTE: If no class is selected, you may
save a postage amount as a preset, Once a class is selected, you
can not save a postage amount.

3. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Change setup?" and press Enter/
yes.
4. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Use preset setup?" and press
Enter/yes.
5. Use the Review keys to scroll to "Store new preset?" and press
Enter/yes.
You have a choice whether to review the settings of the
new preset before you store it.
Yes to Review Settings - Scroll to view the preset settings of class,
ad, inscription, date, etc.
No to Review Settings - Skips the review.
6. When prompted, press Enter/yes to confirm the storing of new
preset. A message confirms the new preset
7. When finished, follow prompts to return to main screen.
