Check Pins 7, 8, and 9 of IC8101 to see if signals are input.
If they are, IC8101 is in failure.
Check Pins 12 and 13 of IC8104 to see if signals are output.
If they are output, IC8104 is in failure.
If no signal is output, check the mounting status of IC8104. If there is no problem with the
mounting status, IC8104 is in failure.
If a clock signal is not input, check L8104 and R8106.
If a clock signal is not output, check the mounting status of IC8105.
If a clock signal is not output, check the mounting and operation statuses of L8110 and R8121.
