Troubleshooting of the A+12V output abnormal operation.

Check of A+12V power supply line

At first, please check the A+12V
output CN306 (pin1).
Please check the voltage is about
12.2V.

Please check the loose contact
about CN306 connector wire.
Is this contact OK?

Please check the loose contact
about CN301 connector wire.
Is this contact OK?

Please replace IC302 or D312.
In this case, any of IC302
(A+12V control IC) or D312 is
broken.

Please replace C311, C312
Capacitors and D303.

Is the VCC16.5V input of CN301
(pin 1) normally between 15.7V
and 17.3V?
Please check this voltage.

In this case, the A+12V output of
the MAIN Assy side is abnormal.

Please check the waveform of
IC302 (A+12V control IC) pin3.
Can you see the same waveform?

Waveform 52

After remove the CN306
connector wire, Please check the
A+12V output line is shorten or
not by using the D.M.M.
Is the voltage about 12.2V?

Please replace the connector wire.

In this case, It’s possibblity of the
AC-DC P.S. unit out of order.
Please replace of the unit.

This voltage Line is supplied for the fan motors VCC voltage through the variable voltage regurator on the MAIN Assy.
The output voltage of the variable voltage regurator is DC11.6V or DC8.8V or DC6.0V.
And, no operation fan motors by acting fan alarm signal is not mentioned on this item.
