Sniffer
– A digital feature in the SmartMeasure Car that “listens” to data being transferred to and from a locomotive.
The sniffer then displays that data in a user-friendly way (see sections 2.4 and 5.3.3)
Toggle
– A term that describes switching between different locomotives that you want the SmartMeasure Car to monitor. This is only
possible in Loco Address autodetect mode by selecting the unit you want to monitor and pressing F0 three times quickly
(see section 4.2.3).
