6.3 Procedura per lo smontaggio,
sostituzione completa delle parti di
ricambio e rimontaggio della
valvola di blocco

OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
A. Rendere il regolatore in sicurezza;
B. Assicurarsi che la pressione a monte
e a valle dello stesso sia pari a 0.
SMONTAGGIO
(Le posizioni si riferiscono alla fig. 11-12)
1) Allentare e togliere le viti di fissaggio
pos. della flangia valvola di blocco
pos. .
2) Togliere la flangia valvola di blocco pos.
.
3) Togliere il supporto otturatore della
valvola di blocco pos. unitamente
alla molla pos. e all'otturatore pos.
.
4) Controllare e pulire l'interno del corpo
della valvola.
5) Controllare attentamente il buono stato
della sede valvola pos. .
6) Scollegare la presa di impulso che
collega il comando pressostatico della
valvola di blocco alla tubazione di valle
svitando i raccordi a tenuta conica.
7) Allentare le viti di fissaggio pos. del
coperchio del dispositivo di blocco pos.
.
8) Togliere il coperchio del dispositivo di
blocco pos.
.
9) Togliere l'anello elastico pos. di
fissaggio della leva di ripristino pos.
.
10) Togliere la leva di ripristino pos. .
11) Togliere l'anello elastico pos. .
12) Allentare e svitare le viti pos. .
13) Togliere dal corpo della valvola il
comando pressostatico.
14) Svitare e togliere il guida albero pos.
.
15) Sostituire tutti i componenti facenti
parte dei kit ricambi.
6.3 Procedure for disassembling,
completely changing the spare
parts,
and reassembling of
the

CN slam-shut valve
(PREVENTATIVE PROGRAMMED
MAINTENANCE)
PRELIMINARY OPERATIONS
A. Put the regulator into conditions of safety;
B. Ensure that the upstream and
downstream pressures are 0.
DISASSEMBLY
(The positions refer to fig. 11-12)
1) Slacken and remove the fixing screws,
pos. ,in the flange slam-shut valve,
pos. .
2) Remove the flange slam-shut valve
pos. .
3) Remove the obturator support of the
slam-shut valve, pos. , along with
the spring, pos. , and the obturator,
pos. .
4) Check and clean the inside of the valve
body.
5) Carefully check that the valve seat, pos.
, is in a good state.
6) Disconnect the sensing line which
connects the pressure control of the
slam-shut to the downstream piping,
unscrewing the taper seal connections.
7) Slacken the fixing screws, pos. , of
the slam-shut cover, pos. .
8) Remove the slam-shut cover, pos. .
9) Remove the retaining ring, pos. ,
which fixes the reset lever, pos. .
10) Remove the reset lever, pos. .
11) Remove the retaining ring, pos. .
12) Slacken and unscrew the screws, pos.
.
13) Remove the pressure control from the
value body.
14) Unscrew and remove the shaft guide,
pos. .
15) Replace all the components included
in the spare parts list.
6.3 Anweisungen für Demontage,
kompleten Austausch der
Ersatzteile und Wiederzusammenbau
des Sicherheitsabsperrventil

VORBEREITUNGSARBEITEN
A. Den Regler in
Sicherheitsbedingungen bringen;
B. Sicherstellen, daß die gesamte
Regelstrecke drucklos ist.
DEMONTAGE
(Die jeweiligen Positionsnummern
beziehen sich auf die Fig. 11-12)
1) Die Befestigungsschrauben Pos. am
SAV-Flansch Pos. lösen und
herausnehmen.
2) Den SAV-Flansch Pos. abnehmen.
3) Den Ventiltellerhalter des SAV Pos.
zusammen mit der Feder
Pos. und dem Ventilteller Pos.
herausnehmen.
4) Das Innere des SAV-Gehäuses
kontrollieren und reinigen.
5) Den Ventilsitz Pos. sorgfältig auf
einwandfreien Zustand überprüfen.
6) Die Anschlussverschraubungen der
Impulsleitung, welche die
Messwerksteuerung des SAV mit der
Ausgangsleitung verbindet, lösen.
7) Die Befestigungsschrauben Pos.
des SAV-Membrangehäusedeckels
Pos. abschrauben.
8) Den SAV-Membrangehäusedeckel Pos.
abnehmen.
9) Den Seegering Pos. vom
Wiedereinschalthebel Pos. abnehmen.
10) Den Wiedereinschalthebel Pos.
abnehmen.
11) Den Seegering Pos. abnehmen.
12) Die Schrauben Pos. lösen und
herausnehmen.
13) Aus dem SAV-Gehäuse die
Messwerksteuerung herausnehmen.
14) Die Schaftführung Pos. herausnehmen.
15) Alle Teile, die zum Ersatzteil-Set
gehören, ersetzen.
