NOTE 1: Only the correct SMA connector series should be mated with these modules. The
40-785 range uses SMA-3.5, SMA-2.9 & SMA-1.8 connectors for 40, 50 & 65GHz
respectively, and the user should only mate the correct type to the module, failure to do
so may result in damage to the connector.
NOTE 2: It is important that the SMA connector’s nut is properly tightened to the correct torque
with a 5/16 inch wrench. This should be 3-5 in·lbs (0.3 to 0.6 N·m) for brass, and 7-10
in·lbs (0.8–1.1 N·m) for stainless steel connectors.
NOTE 3: For the remote versions, the relays must not be disconnected from the module when it
is energised as this can result in failure of the relay drivers.
