7 Power unit
The controls consist of the power section
PI Air2 Master and the „PI-HMI“ control
unit. The power unit is connectedby me-
ans of a bus connection (length < 50 m;
cable type MPFK6S or similar 6-core flat
cable) to the operator control unit.
Setpoints, actual values and error
messages are interchanged between the
operator control unit and the power unit
that is integrated into the unit via this
bus connection.

The ventilation units come equipped as
standard with an integrated Pichler con-
trol and regulation system. The settings
on the ventilation unit are carried out
using an integrated web server, limited
settings can also be carried out via the
PICHLER colour touch display PI-HMI.
In addition, the current operating status
conditions and system values such as
operating type, fan speed, temperatures,
etc. are displayed on the control unit.
Automatic or manual mode can be selec-
ted.
A PC is connected to the power section
PI Air2 Master in the ventilation unit via
a LAN cable.
