phyCORE-P87C591 QuickStart Instructions

•

Click on OK. A new window will appear:

•

Click on OK again.

•

Verify the COM port and the baud rate (9,600 baud) settings in the
Options|Project\LX51\ROM-Monitor tab and the Options|Debug
menu. Make sure the settings are the same in each configuration
menu.

•

Push the Reset button S2 on the phyCORE

Development

Board LD 5V and start the RIDE debug environment by selecting
Start debug.aof in the Debug menu.

•

If the data transfer was successful, the following window will
appear:

•

Click on OK to continue.

•

The RIDE debug environment is now connecting to the ROM-
Monitor.
