Cleaning
To clean the back cover
Locate the zipper on the top of the cover and unzip
Remove the cover from back shell
Remove foam and turn cover inside out
Machine wash in warm water (50° C)
Air dry
To clean the back shell
The aluminum shell can be cleaned with soap and warm water.
No other maintenance should be required.
Note – Never store your back support in conditions of extreme heat or exposure to direct sunlight for
long periods of time. Never store heavy or sharp objects on top of your back cushion.
To clean the positioning components
Positioning components can be wiped clean with soap and water.
Do not immerse positioning components under water.

10. Warranty
The HP2 back, a product of Physipro inc., is covered with our twenty-four (24) months manufacturer’s
warranty. It includes parts and labor on manufacturer’s defects and optional parts, and all new parts
replaced by your dealer or an authorized establishment from the date of delivery or replacement.
Physipro inc. will repair or replace the defective parts as long as the warranty is valid. You will have
to contact Physipro inc. or an authorized dealer to obtain your warranty services. Do not return
your back without prior consent. If you are not satisfied with the repairs, please send us a written
complaint with your name, address and delivery date to the address on this manual cover.
Exclusions and limitations
This warranty does not apply to products that were intentionally or accidentally altered, misused,
neglected or did not have the proper maintenance. Furthermore, this warranty does not apply if
repairs or modifications were done without a written consent from Physipro inc., or an authorized
dealer. The same restrictions apply if any other kind of damages were done without Physipro inc.

Terms and Conditions
The seat cushions and backs are reserved exclusively for use on mobility aid (manual or power
wheelchairs) Physipro will not be held responsible for any misuse of the product. Crash tests
have not been conducted on these products and even if the mobility aid in which it is installed
has obtained the ISO-717619, it will not be maintained. The respect of the safety instructions
mentioned in this manual is essential to avoid injury. Improper or inadequate adjustment increases
the risk of accident. Before making adjustments, it is important to read the entire contents of this
manual. Physipro will not be held responsible for misuse or non professional adjustment. The
product presented in this manual may not be an exact representation of the product you have on
hand. The instructions in this manual are still valid for your product. Physipro reserves the right to
modify or change this manual without notice.
