3.3.1 Status Indicators in the Display

State Cause/Meaning Possible Operator Action
Energy-saving mode
The display contains the
graphic and button illumination is
switched off.
If the printer is not used for some time,
it switches to energy-saving mode
automatically. To exit energy-saving mode, press any
button on the navigator pad or send a
new print job.
Ready
The display contains the text Ready as
well as configured symbol indicators,
such as time
and date .
When the printer is receiving data, a
rotating symbol appears in the display.
The printer is in the Ready state and
can receive data. menu button

Feed media
Printing Label
The display contains the text Printing
Label and the number of the printed
label within the print job.
The printer is carrying out a print job.
Data transmission for a new print job is
not possible in the
Print state. The new
print job starts once the preceding job
is completed.

Pause print job,
printer switches to the Pause state
Press the cancel button briefly
→
Cancel current print job
Press and hold down the cancel
button
→
Cancel current print job and
delete all print jobs
