1.7 Guarantee
Our "General Terms of Sale and Delivery" apply basically. These will be available to the
owner at the latest upon signing the contract.
Guarantee and liability claims are excluded in the case of personal injury and property
damage in the event of violation of the following points:
– Use of the CUTFOX 10 for a purpose for which it was not intended
– Improper work places
– Improper use and use above and beyond that described in the operating manual
– Unauthorized constructional modifications to the CUTFOX 10
– Continued operation of the CUTFOX 10 after faults have been detected
Improperly performed die assembly/repairs
Only use original spare parts (see "Spare Parts" on page B-1).
