1.5 Protective Devices
For safety reasons, the CUTFOX 10 is switched off by opening the front door.
A sign on the bottom of the instrument warns of potential dangers.

1.6 Authorized Operators
Only authorized and instructed operators may be allowed to work on the CUTFOX 10.
The operator is responsible for third persons within the working area.
The owner must
– give the operator access to the operating manual and
– make sure that the operator has read and understood it.
The front door is installed for the operator’s safety. Under no circumstances may it be
modified, removed or bypassed by conversions.
The CUTFOX 10 may only be used with the front door closed.
– Before carrying out any work for which the front door must be opened (e.g., retool-
ing, remedy) always pull out the mains plug and when not in use the device must be
switched off at the mains switch.
– Ensure that no foreign objects are inside the housing.
Before opening disconnect mains.
