Step

3. Determine which procedure to follow - LED Driver 1, LED Driver, 2 or LED Driver 3 (or

all).

4. To remove LED Driver Board #1:

Remove MCB (see

“Main Control Board (MCB) Replacement” on page 20

b. At Driver Board, disconnect -12vdc (Blue wire). Hold standoff in place, DO NOT

remove standoff from Driver Board.

Remove one M4 x 10MM PPZ SEMS screw mounting driver board to +12vdc buss.
Note the green +12vdc wires attached.

d. Cut any cable ties holding wiring too LED driver board cage.

Carefully slide LED Driver Board from Mother Board.

Disconnect FAN from LED Driver Board.

g. Disconnect wiring from LED.

5. To remove LED Driver Board #2:

At Driver Board, disconnect -12vdc (Blue wire). Hold standoff in place, DO NOT
remove standoff from Driver Board.

b. Remove one x M4 x 10MM PPZ SEMS screw mounting driver board to +12vdc buss.

Cut any cable ties holding wiring to LED driver board cage.

d. Carefully slide LED Driver Board from Mother Board.

Disconnect FAN from LED Driver Board.

Disconnect wiring from LED

Step

6. To remove LED Driver Board #3:

At Driver Board, disconnect -12vdc (Blue wire). Hold standoff in place, DO NOT
remove standoff from Driver Board.
