WARNING: Note that light pipe must be handled with extreme care and not be damaged. All
fingerprints, grease, smudges, etc. must be removed. Any damage to light pipe and it should be
replaced with new.
Step 4. Remove Light Pipe for LED of cooling assembly to be replaced. See “Light Pipe
Replacement” on page 34 .
Step 5. Remove Light Pipe tube, by rolling off o-ring holding light pipe to bottom of support.
Step 6. Remove 120W LED of cooling system to be removed and replaced. See “120W RGBW
LED Assembly Replacement” on page 36 .
Step 7. Remove mother board assembly. See “Motherboard Assembly Replacement” on page 32 .
Step 8. Remove LED Driver Board of cooling system to be removed and replaced. See “LED Driver
Assembly Replacement” on page 29 .
Step 9. Remove Fan Exhaust Chamber by removing six 10-32 x 1/2" PFZ screws - two from each
fan and then three M4 x 8MM screws mounting Exhaust Chamber inside.

Step 10. Remove LED Cooling Module by removing three 4-40 x 1/4" PFZ screws.
CAUTION: For reassembly, under the LED is a thermal transfer material. If material is torn or
damaged in any manner, it must be replaced with new material. ALSO, be sure to follow the torque
specifications as shown in
Figure 2-18 on 37 .
Step 11. Reassemble by following steps in reverse order.
Step 12. Power luminaire and test.
